Introduction

5 Ház Borbirtok is a wine estate on the northern slopes of Somló, embraced by vineyards. We farm with organic methods on 2.5 hectares of land. Respect for nature and sustainable, conscious farming are the baseline of our philosophy. We are passionate to reveal the diverse faces of Somló, therefore, every year we experiment with the grape varieties grown here. Juhfark, Furmint, Olaszrizling, Hárslevelű, Somlai (cuvée) – are the historical wines of the hill, which are also the namesake of our 5 stylishly renovated press houses. Here we welcome our guests who look for a peaceful environment, nature, beautiful sunsets and enjoy exciting volcanic wines.
