Introduction

The Wine Museum, which is popular with tourists and has one of the largest wine collections in the country, awaits those interested throughout the year who want to learn about the history of the Villány wine region, the development of viticulture and wine production and its most important tools. The building was once the press house of the world-famous grape breeder Zsigmond Teleki. In the more spectacular part of the presentation, the viticultural and cooper equipment exhibited in the former wine cellar, XIX. century grape presses, harvesting tools, as well as a line of bottle fillers, digging and corking machines.
