Introduction
My first experiences with the wine go back to my childhood: wine racking in the cellar of my grandfather before Christmas, the marvellous smell of the new wine, the glinted sunshine on the winter frost outside, I was amazed at that time and I can feel the atmosphere now which enchaned me for a lifetime. The „big return” was happened in the end of the 90’s when we met with Éva, we established our winery and our family in the meantime, in the embraces of the hills of Zala, in this stunning wine region. Discovering the hiding possibilities, locking them into bottles, showing them to the entire world, these are the reasons why making wine in Zala is especially exciting and responsible profession. We believe that wine is not only beverage. One glass of excellent wine is the start of an exciting exploration: it can open spiritual horizonts, it can eccirate the senses, or it can be inspirational. In our winery we are working on how to create this miracle here, where we are living.
