Introduction

I made my first bottle of sparkling wine in 2004 and have been making bottle-fermented sparkling wines since 2013. With the experience I have gained over the years, I still make sparkling wines today, mainly for the enjoyment of myself and my guests. I make 4-5 types of sparkling wine a year, mainly using new Hungarian grape varieties.
