Introduction

Jásdi Family Winery is located at Csopak, Balaton Uplands, which is one of the oldest wine making region of Europe. Me preserve what's left for us by predeccesors, and is given by this beautiful land. We believe in the unique, unrepeatable charachter of the wines we make from the grapes of the wineyards looking over lake Balaton, the Hungarian sea. Our major grape is Olaszrizling (welsh/italian riesling), and our most important wine is Csopaki (Olaszrizling of protected origin.)
