Introduction

We made our first wine in 2002. However, the activity was firstly defined as a hobby, it slowly became a part of our family’s everyday life and routine.The winery is a family owned, small scale business which is situated in Aszófő, on the upper side of lake Balaton, Balaton-felvidék, on South facing hills. The vineyard is about 4 hectares.Our aim is to make high quality wines by applying the artisan methods and philosophy.The grape processing is made by hand, the maceration and fermentation is going on in wooden barrels, with use of no additives, yeast and preservatives. The wine is not filtered and is bottled also by hand.
