Introduction

The Kovács-Harmat Winery is a family company with a unique atmospheare, which is situated in Versend ’Orás’ (Orásje) cellars. A 6 acre vineyard cultivated by the family is located on the surrounding slopes, while the rest of the vineyard where the grapes used for most of the red wines are growing is located in the Villány wine region. The family’s cellar was reconstructed in 2004, so now they are able to recive guests up to 30 people for tasting their wines. Since 2004 the white wines are produced by a reductive process and controlled fermentation, while they use a traditional, controlled fermantation process to produce red wines. The Kovács-Harmat Winery welcomes all dear wine lover at their cellar at Versend ’Orás’ to enjoy a taste of their wine and local cuisine in a pleasant environment.
