Introduction

Our Winery was founded by our father in 1999. Nowadays we cultivate our vine in eight vineyards, and fifteen plots in Mád and Bodrogkeresztúr all together 10 hectares. We have not apply weed killer, and insecticide in our vineyards since 2005. We apply organic plant protection in our vineyards since 2015, it means the entire estate is organically cultivated. During wine making we do not apply selected yeast, no added sugar, no acid dimming, and we do not apply artificial malolactic fermentation neither. In our cellar the experimentation is everyday practice. We are brave enough to age our wine for extreme long in barrel and bottle also. We pursue to make our wine recognizable by the style. We believe, Tokaj-Hegyalja is one of the most unique wine region of the World.
