Introduction

My wife and I bought the plantations in Tibolddaróc, although we live in Ostoros.My goal is to present the Bükk wine region as authentically as possible, so that this somewhat forgotten area returns to the wine map of Hungary and to the public consciousness. I avoid the use of auxiliaries and additives during winemaking, I want to emphasize the characteristics of the variety and the place of production.
