Introduction
The family vineyard and winery started in 1983 in the vineyard and cellar above Margaret Chapel ("Uncle Ede's Cellar") and continued in 1992 in the "Old Raven Cellar" under the Castle. All our vineyards are of our own planting, situated in the upper part of the vineyards of the Hill in an excellent location. We believe that a good Somló wine is made from healthy, ripe grapes, fermented with the help of local yeast flora, aged in cool cellars in wooden barrels for a year. Our wines are typically sold locally, from the cellar, in bottles and bottled on the recommendation of the winemaker. Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)
