Introduction

Our story began in 1970, when the founders, Skrabski Árpád and Kopp Mária, discovered Les-hegy during a walk. There they found a cellar awaiting demolition, which they purchased and restored. This marked the beginning of our winery. Next to the cellar stood a small, 2,000-square-metre vineyard planted with Olaszrizling. From these grapes, the family started crafting wines. The winery itself was established in a professional form in April 2007. Today, we cultivate 12 hectares of our own vineyards under strict organic management. In addition to our estate fruit, we also process grapes sourced from other certified organic growers. We have no ambition to become an industrial-scale producer; instead, we remain committed to uncompromising quality as a small, boutique winery. Our average annual production is approximately 60,000 bottles. In 2024, we discovered that our wines can be enjoyed by histamine-sensitive consumers. As a result, we became Hungary’s first—and to date only—low-histamine winery.

While the cellar itself is reserved for professional visits, we warmly welcome all customers to our wine shop, located along Route 71. Open year-round, it’s the perfect place to discover, taste, and purchase our wines directly from the source.
