Introduction
Szalai Cellar is a small family winery, we have been growing our grapes and producing our wiens on the slopes of Somlo for three generations. We use traditional techniques, and ferment our wines with natural yeasts and without artificial clarification our wines are fermented and aged in oak barrels, then go staright to bottles.
