Introduction
Dr. László Vaszari was founded his Winery in 1995. As a leading winegrower, he produces grapes on his 45 hectares presently (planted 2006-2017). The varieties are Italian Riesling, Riesling Silvani, Királyleányka, Chardonnay, Irsai Olivér, Tramini, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Blue Frankish - the typical varieties of the region. The Széldomb field in Pannonhalma, where new grapes were planted on 20 hectares (2006-2010), is considered the wine region's best field according to the land-register's classification. The Winery storage capacity is 4500 hl. For the scented species half-reductive techonology is used which preserves their fruity character. In the case of the Italian Riesling, Chardonnay and some special items ageing in wooden barrels enriches the taste. Our big dream came true in 2017, when the enlargement of the Wine House finished. We have now a wine sore, wine presentation hall and spectacular cellar. Present day he works with his 3 daughters and his grandchild.
