This year, the MBH Bank Gourmet Festival is focusing on the cuisine of rural Hungary: from June
4–7, under the theme “MADE IN VIDÉK,” we’ll be exploring the flavors of the Hungarian countryside
at Millenáris. Nearly 100 exhibitors, including restaurants, pastry shops, wineries and bars, will be
present at the four-day event, alongside numerous tastings, demonstrations and culinary
programmes.
Iconic Hungarian dishes and rural ingredients will take centre stage, with renowned chefs
preparing classic dishes with a contemporary twist each day in limited quantities, bringing together
tradition and innovation on every plate.
