From January 31 to February 7, Furmint will take centre stage, with every restaurant at Time Out Market pairing a Furmint with its dishes for guests to enjoy alongside delicious meals throughout the week.
All Furmints will be available by the glass at the Wine Bar, thus enabling visitors to discover the diversity of this variety – from fresh, mineral wines to complex, expressive ones.
The highlight of the week will be January 31, when the winemakers themselves will present their wines. The official Furmint Day is February 1, this is the date to celebrate Hungarian terroir and the art of winemaking at the Market.
