Introduction

My mission is to make quality wines while I am constantly experimenting and trying new things. I would like to show the beauty of our countryside, where we live, where the wines are made, via my wines. Everything that appears on the wines is us and the wonders of nature around us. It all started when we spent a weekend in Szépasszonyvölgy in 2020 and I decided there that I wanted to know more about wines, and not only about wines, but also about how they are made.We carefully select the best grape varieties of the Mátra region, from which we believe that due to the current properties of the grapes for that year, a special wine can be made. Our wines are made exclusively by handand from grapes selected by our own hands in a natural way, which means that they ferment spontaneously with their own wild yeast, they do not contain any additives, only minimal sulfur is added during the first fermentation. However, unlike natural wines, they are clarified and filtered before bottling.
