Introduction
I started winemaking after graduating from college in 1996 at St. Donatus Winery. After completing my engineering studies, I worked as a cellar master in the team of Vylyan Vineyard and Winery between 2003 and 2010. During this period I became a certified wine judge and graduated from the International Wine Academy in Austria. I joined the Töki Kovács Cellar in 2018, when Cardium Winery was established. As a first step, I would like to introduce the winery to wine lovers with our light, fruity-style wines, and as a second step add fuller bodied wines and sparkling wines to the range.
