Introduction

Our "Szegzárdi" family winery was in 1994 established.Most of our vineyars at two places are located. In Sióagárd-Lányvár vineyard, which gives outstanding rosé wines and in Görögszó, which gives outstanding, full-bodied red wines.After the nationalized Nagykozár estate of our ancestors, we got back as reconpensation 3.3 hectars of Kékfrankos vineyard, which is the core of our estate. We started to work in organic in 2019 on our full surface. We are in the transition period, so we will be certified in the following years. Almost the whole family works in the winery. Our sons; Bence and Tamás studied winemaking at the university in Hungary and abroad.Our flagship variety is the Kékfrankos. We among the first to produce Kékfrankos selection in 1998 and our flagship rosé in 1996.
