Introduction

The Hauzer Winery is a family owned winery located in Baj in the Budani mountains.The nearly one hectare vineyard grows grapes typical for this region: királyleányka, kékfrankos and zweigelt.The winery has been passed down from generation to generation and the entire family contributes based on their respective skills and qualifications.Daily tasks are managed by three family members: Tibor, the grandfather who has been tending the vineyards since his early childhood as a wine specialist. Zsuzsa, the winemaker, who inherited the vineyard in 2017 and her husband who controls the quality of the wine produced. Our aim as the new generation is to bring a young and colourful new dynamic to the winery while making sure that old traditions are preserved. As a result we are starting to appear at regional events and expanding into local stores. We have managed to create a brand that is very recognisable due to its minimalist design and prominence of a red bicycle in the logo.
