Introduction
In addition to working at Icon Winery, at our own estate the most important thing for us is independence, learning how much we can do and what we can do at our own. In addition, we can professionally realize all the little things that have come up over the years, but may have failed so far due to volume. Within the 4-hectare farm size, we have collected the varieties we like best, and the remaining planned one hectare is left to be found in the future with a variety that will make our wines more round by a few percent. We plan to have three main lines of winery. One is the Riesling line, here we want to find the harmony of the Riesling of the Italian Riesling-Rhine. Besides, we want a Furmint, we believe that beside Lake Balaton in this production area this can be exceptional. And for our red wine, we picked our favorite varieties on 1.5 hectares - Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Petit Verdot.
