Introduction
The Konyari family have a deep respect for environment and try to add to the sustainable development with the following steps: The Gravity Flow technology does not only improve the quality of the wine but also saves energy; with a careful architectural design there is no need for air conditioning in the cellar and the building; the vineyards are cultivated with a minimum of spraying and according to the very strict regulations of the EU programme The New Rural Development Strategy Plan of Hungary (NRDSP); in addition, the family has planted 3 hectares of oak, in exchange for the oak barrels used at the winery.
