Introduction

Our winery is a family business, named after Lajos Kovács. Since the foundation grandparents, children and grandchildren have been cultivating and enriching the estate together. We currently cultivate 4 hectares of vineyards, which are located in one of the most beautiful regions of the Balaton Highlands wine region, the Lesence Valley. Our vineyards are south-facing, their soils are varied, mostly mixtures of volcanic rocks, limestone, marl and clay. We make fruity, varietal wines in a reductive style, with a rich content. The acids are firm and refreshing even in warmer vintages.
