Introduction

In the beginning SKIZO as a name reflected our rebellious, uncompromising personality with which we launched the winery. Over the past 10 years, SKIZO and its slogan "Has individuality, more than one." began to have a meaning for more and more people. Meaning something good, an origo in the world of fresh wines. Working in the vineyard and as a winemaker I soon realized that I understand the meaning of both worlds. I called it an individuality, but I was thinking of a wine category. The wines of BALÁZS SIKE winery are about the unity of the place of production and the grape variety. In this series of wines the mountain, the vine, the vintage, the maturing, the hand work of all co-workers create a new quality. The wine I like the most.
