Introduction

Mihaly Ujvari opened the gate of Ujvari winery in 1980. The cellar and the vineyard of the only winery in Szeged are located at the border of Szeged. The initial one hectar of land has been expanded to seven hectares. The sandy soil here is described as calcareous loess. The facilities of this territory give us a great opportunity to make fresh, young, zippy, crisp wines. We're honoured and proud to represent Szeged with Ujvari wines!
