Introduction

Our winery was establishes in 1993, and now we became one of the most well known Hungarian wine producer. In the last 20 years, Hungarian winemaking has been fundamentally renewed professionally and technologically, and the quality of wines has become of Western European standard. We cultivate our own vineyards on nearly 200 hectares, and in addition we buy grapes from about 1500 hectares for winemaking. We have been working with most of our viticultural partners for decades. We produce wine from 14 million kilograms of grapes per year in our modern processor. The most important aspect in grape processing is the pursuit of purity. The white and rose must be purified before fermentation, the pure mirror must being fermented into wine at low temperature; this way we can pass on the freshness and fruitiness of the grapes to our wines.
