Introduction

Our company's vineyards and wineries are located between the Danube and the Tisza, in the Upper Bácskai district of the Danube Wine Region. Our ancestors - taking advantage of the soil and climatic conditions of the place - have been growing grapes and making wine from them since the 1700s. The number of hours of sunshine in the area, well above the national average, and the humus-rich subsoil covered with loessy brown sand, together favor the production of light white wines, lights rosés and fruity red wines. In order to take advantage of these favorable conditions, we founded our company in 1991. As a result of continuous purchases and plantings, our vineyard area currently reaches 320 ha. Grape processing, fermentation and wine treatment take place in the cellars of Kéleshalom, while storage, bottling and the sale of our wines take place in the settlement of Jánoshalom. The combined storage capacity of our two wine cellars exceeds 70,000 hl.
